Hi there folks, I need to inform the windows upgrade team about my HP laptop update case. I own the HP 2133 mini netbook (2008) with 2GB RAM. Recently I got a notification for a free Windows 10 upgrade availability, as my current win7 install is legal.

My laptop runs Windows 7 SP1 32 bit. So I tried to upgrade and got an error that my graphics chrome 9 driver is incompatible with Windows 10, and the upgrade stopped there! It shouldn't though, in my opinion. It could simply warn me about the compatibility issue and let me TAKE ALL THE UPGRADE RISK MYSELF INSTEAD!!! I then downloaded the 90-day trial of Windows 10 enterprise edition 32 bit (build 10240) and installed to a new empty disk. The fresh install went OK and the graphics driver used, was the Microsoft default vga driver with a resolution of 640x480 and worked fine during the updates followed. After that, I installed the VISTA chrome 9 driver (7.14.14.80) as mentioned on several forums from the chip manufacturer (VIA technologies, ATI ) under VISTA compatibility mode.and VOILA!
Gpt Website Php Script Rarest. The resolution went up to 1024x600 with FULL AERO support!! Overall performance, after some upgrades, goes at least 50% faster than my windows 7 system, so I consider my HP 2133 mini laptop not only as FULLY COMPATIBLE with Windows 10,as ALL PC resources & subsystems are fully utilized, but even a better O/s choice ALTOGETHER! It gives life to my tiny HP 2133 laptop for more than 10 years!! Now, and for the past 10 days, I've been running stress tests on it, without any issue AT ALL! As far as i'm concerned, the VISTA driver worked fine under VISTA emulation, so I suppose it wouldn't be much of a trouble to either include the Chrome9 driver under the win10 compatibility list, or change the install scripts, proceed the upgrade with a simple warning reverting the graphics driver to the BASIC VGA resolution and leave the rest for the installer to get the correct driver from Microsoft - or elsewhere - afterwards!! QUESTION: How can I notify the windows 10 upgrade guys, so they exclude the HP 2133 mini and the VISTA chrome 9 driver from their black list so I may proceed with my FREE upgrade offer??
Many thanks for your time! Canon L290 Driver Windows 7 more. ! Thanks for the input but I already DID: I've been messing around windows for the past 20+ yrs.
And this is the FIRST thing I did when I got that message. I even rolled back to an earlier recovery point at some stage! I reverted the graphics driver to standard VGA and repeated the process from scratch. Obviously, the script checks for chipset presence, kinda, 'lspci' search on Linux, so it found the Via chrome 9 chipset, even if the driver used was standard VGA. JUST HOPELESS I'm tellin'ya.
