I recently had to setup a Brother laser printer, which took me hours. I completed the setup for this HP printer in less than 18 minutes, and I didn't even use the enclosed CD because my MacBook Air doesn't have a CD drive. If you're using a PC with a CD drive you could probably set it up even faster. The print quality is pretty good. Black and white copies aren't near as crisp as a laser printer, but that's to be expected.
