They give you stickers! Unit has been refurbished. Unit has had keyboard replaced. Unit has had Ac Adapter replaced. Unit has had OS reinstalled (Win 7 Home Premium). Unit has had battery replaced. Complains that unit had to be restored a few times.

Also mentioned that before replacing keyboard, ac adapter and battery that cust. Would have to pull battery and slap back into to get to operate properly. Checked all physical connection, all seem to be fine. When brought back this time, no display. Pulled second memory stick, display came back, cleaned out slots with high pressure air. No more display issue.

Installed Hp tools, in troubleshooting section there are battery diagnostics, says error code 90. Where the battery/charger status usually appears in the notification area it reads ' No battery is detected', continues to say this even if i pull battery and replace. I'm running out. Unit is out of warranty as of the end of 2010. I am a computer tech so odds are if you can explain how to fix it I have the capability.

Please no one say send it to the factory or warranty it.
